1. Services

Stonehammer Construction Inc. provides residential and commercial construction services throughout Southern California. All work is performed in accordance with California Contractors State License Board regulations under License #1048500.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Stonehammer Construction are free of charge and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes.

3. Contracts

All construction projects require a signed written contract before work commences. Contracts will specify scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, and other relevant terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Standard terms include a deposit upon contract signing, progress payments during construction, and final payment upon completion.

5. Permits and Inspections

Stonehammer Construction handles all necessary permits and coordinates required inspections for permitted work. Permit fees are typically passed through to the client at cost.

6. Warranty

Stonehammer Construction provides workmanship warranties as specified in individual project contracts. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and fixtures as applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stonehammer Construction's liability is limited to the scope of work specified in the project contract. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to project commencement.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through direct communication. Unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as specified in the project contract.
