Complete tenant improvement for a 5,000 sq ft commercial office space in Burbank. We handled demolition, new partition walls, upgraded HVAC systems, modern lighting design, ADA-compliant restrooms, and custom reception area finishes—all while meeting strict building codes and timeline requirements.
